Pre-Labouring Drug Tests

No employer wants to sign on someone who tested positive for illegal dope.

But what you do in your off-time – shouldn’t it be your own business?
It’s a pity, large firms
can afford to make a choice of its workers, and for a man searching for a vacancy, the selection of where to work might not be as great as the businesses’ selection of who to take on hire.

When you apply for a work first you have an interview and
if they are interested in employing you, you’ll be sent to take a drug test, usually within a short period of time following the interview.

Most common pre-employment drug checkings are urine tests – they are cheap and give as
good results as any other drug screening.
When you submit a urine example to a laboratory expert, it is placed in a special flask and marked in front of you and initialed by you, so there is no mess who’s sample which.

After on some half a example is tested in primary screening.

Normally, a positive drug checking results in a person not getting a work, and when they advise you that you weren’t chosen for a job, they are not required to let you know why: it might be the drug test results, or it just might be they chose somebody else over you.

In case you already have a work and tested positive in initial testing, the firm is obliged to do a second, stating drug test on the same example.

They do not do additional control, but merely retrieve the remains of the originalbasic sample that is kept in the lab and execute a more advanced drug test to prove or disprove the results of the drug tests.
